All prints are printed on high quality paper with a matte finish.

The frames are not included in the purchase of your print.

Turn around time for pick-up is usually within 7 days.

Pick up in Windsor is free of charge.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready and asked to arrange a time slot to pick up.

Shipping is no longer available and all orders must be picked up in Windsor.

If you are unable to pick up your order due to a disability or an accessibility need,

so that I can try my best to accommodate you with local delivery.
